Remote and flexible learning

Remote learning will continue for the first week of Term 4 (until 9th October).

The Victorian Government has announced that students enrolled in all primary year levels (Prep to Grade 6) in metropolitan Melbourne will return to on-site learning from Monday 12th October.

For Week 1 (5th-9th October), the following students are able to attend school for on-site supervision, but will also undertake the remote learning program:
  • children whose parents are permitted workers - as specified by the Victorian Government.
  • vulnerable children in out of home care, children known to child protection and other agencies and children the school identifies as vulnerable
  • children with a disability who also fit one of the above two categories

Parents seeking bookings for the on-site program for one or more days in Week 1 (Oct 5-9) should have already submitted an on-site attendance form.
To discuss a request for a booking form, contact the principal at [email protected] or call the office on 9749 6161.

DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
It's expected that all students will have at least 30 minutes of physical activity every school day. Ideas for physical activity:
  • Use the spaces, equipment and toys in your home and/or yard.
  • Go for a walk, run or ride with a parent - in line with social distancing.
  • Use the P.E. activities in your year level's specialist tasks. You can look at other year levels too and try those!
  • Join an online exercise class. "PE with Joe" is one example (which is harder than it looks!)
  • Try Mr Henshaw's and Miss Morgan's challenges below!
